Putting Public Adjusters in control

Updated: Jul 13, 2023

Regarding technology, there are industries that fly under the radar in specific areas, like data and operations.

Perhaps it is because of the old adage; "if it ain't broke, don't fix it."

The insurance claims industry is certainly a lucrative one and moves at lightening speed.

It appears as though this industry hasn't had a chance to catch up with itself because it is making a lot of money but at the cost of major inefficiencies.

Public Adjuster need leads. Like most industries, they will lean on referral networks and/or lead generation companies.

The lead generation space comes at a high cost with low return. This pushes many PAs to subscribe to different weather and property software, leaving them with more work to do and under-whelming results.

The amount of information and added work-load become too overwhelming and without proper process and tools to manage prospects and claim tasks, PAs quickly fall behind and become frustrated.

Like any business, PAs need to be very strategic when given the ability to access quality data. If a PA is focused on severe weather claims (hail, high winds, flood, etc) and uses a service like Achilles, they now have the power to go after the exact properties impacted by severe weather. Awesome information but how is one to manage that type of power?

Well, think about what you currently do to get business.

Here are some examples:

  • Door knocking

  • Outbound calling

  • Direct mail

  • Email

  • Paid digital media

Through Claim Machine, these efforts can now be driven by knowing exactly which properties were impacted. Think about that for a minute. You no longer have to wait for your lead generation campaign to yield prospects that have filled out a form and may or may not be qualified. Conversely, you don't have to depend on your referral network either. You now have another revenue source.

Spend more time with your clients and prospects.

Recap: on the front-end, you save time and money by knowing exactly who was affected and by what severity by using Achilles.
